An absolute must for windscreen wiper repairs!
This tool made it impossible to work on a 2013 VW GTI. The wiper arms had to be removed, but caution was advised due to the close proximity to the edge of the windshield. The tool was barely up to the task. He started bending onto one arm, which eventually relaxed! Also, the thumbscrew had to be grabbed with pliers to use it. You can't pinch it tight enough with your fingers.
