Not sure if I should be disappointed in bags or look for Revane. But since I was generally happy with the latter, I blame the former. I bought them to use for the luminaria show on Christmas eve to surprise my wife. To make sure they would last, I looked for heavier paper bags (a slightly heavier type of paper than your grocery bag) and finally settled on these craft bags, which were lighter than regular white bags. Some broke just as they got sand in. This also made the paper overly sensitive to wind. I have a specific use case that might not be what you're looking for, but I don't expect them to hold up to dolls or other crafts. You could work for those one-off crafts that kids bring home and that you throw in the trash when they're not looking, and they'll never ask for them again anyway.
