Be careful who you end up with

I bought one of these and took it to my local hardware store to carve a key. The key was not cut out in the same way and the car would not start. I ordered another one and took it to a reputable shop to have the key made. There was also no perfect copy. Looks like the operator should have told the machine it was a programmable button. My electronics and key work great opening the doors, but I still have to use my spare original key to start the car. Make sure whoever cuts the key understands how to program it.
