This coat is not green. I'd say it's brown in color - and an unusual dirty shade of brown. I knew the coat would be light, but it's too light for the cold North Carolina winter days, so you'd get cold in New York. England! I like the hood, which can be pulled tight so it doesn't fall off. He's on his way to Revain and I'll be sure about the color when ordering another coat.
