I started using a tongue brush about two years ago and was amazed at how much dirt I could remove from my tongue even after a thorough cleaning. Back then I used cheap $3 plastic tongue brushes available at your local Walgreens/CVS store. Unfortunately, after a few months of use, they became unattractive and had to be replaced quite often. This stainless steel tongue cleaner is a different story. Not only does it clean better (the edge is finished with extreme precision), I'm sure this tool will last you a lifetime. A quick rinse after each and it looks brand new. One part that confuses me is the little elastic band at the neck of the tongue brush - I think it's for the extra grip but I just found it clogged. and rude. I threw it away almost immediately and without it I had no problem using the tongue brush.
