Stand came with all parts, nothing rusted or broken. You need an Allen key to screw in all the screws and the instructions weren't very clear on which to put where, but I was able to figure it out. I assumed the speaker would have screw holes for those screws to go in and the speaker would actually be attached to the stand. No, it mainly rests on a 4.5" x 6.5" piece of metal. There's a small padded piece of metal you can tighten the screws to, which helps keep the speaker on the bar a bit, but definitely not very secure. You cannot lift the speaker and leave the stand with it. So I had industrial velcro 2 inches wide, adhesive on both sides. I attached it to the speaker and the metal plate. I hope this will make them safer. Without these I would not use the stand. or attach some thick command strips, even then I will be extra careful when moving the speaker.
