Beautiful and really "HOLDS" a 3mm LED unlike many others who either don't bother to advise you Having to hot glue it, or relying on a connector behind it means if you're pre-wired for your application you'll either have to cut or re-solder, hot glue like other smaller ones, or just hope the LED doesn't bounce. It has none of these limitations as two of the 4 pins "safely" grab the LED. This is in itself its entire function, but other constructions do not meet this requirement. Definitely buy them for all 3mm mounts.
