Small tray for small kittens or maybe if you only have a miniature kitten. If you need a small litter box that fits in a small space, this is fine for you and your cat. Good for a person who patrols the tray several times a day. I actually bought it to use initially as a giant feeding bowl to hold many pieces when I'm out of town. I think it will fit in my large kennel when I raise another litter of kittens. It's hard to find litter boxes small enough to fit in a kennel, so that's a good future too.
