The way that we can see all our data together is incredibly useful for managing accounts or projects with multiple people involved within those groups. It's also very easy to set up rules using variables so you don't have to keep manually updating everything when your team changes roles over time/changes locations etc. Some minor bugs here & there but nothing major as far I'm aware now! We are able to track every step from onboarding through project management right down until finalising each account / task (so no missed steps).
