Review on Pumice Stone Foot Scrubber Exfoliating by Abby Johnson

Pretty nice product, wooden handle, black pumice stone. My guess is because I prefer a coarser grit than suggested. I'd say it's more of a finishing buffer than a skin remover. I have raised my rating from 2 to 4 stars. After my initial review, their support team contacted me via email and offered a full refund. I told them I appreciated their offer but that I would keep the buffer and use it as a polishing buffer. I received another email offering a full refund. I'm changing my rating because of the phenomenal customer service. This is a reputable company that cares about their customers' experience and opinion. I suggested that they give a more accurate description of granularity. They said they would take care of it.
