Everyone who is struggling with a skin problem needs this. We have three people in our family with sensitive skin and different skin diagnoses. After switching to this cleanser, I saw a dramatic improvement in the red bumps that appeared on the backs of my hands. You are no more! My daughter has follicular keratosis which sometimes gets worse and itchy. This soap is so gentle on her skin that she hardly ever complains of itching. Even my husband (who seems to get contact dermatitis from everything) does an excellent job with this soap. It cleans well and while it doesn't smell, my clothes just smell clean. I can't imagine switching to another brand.
