Height 2.75 inches. Perfect fit for me. I have a 2-1 Serta pillow where 1/3 is the memory shape, the same height as the Slim Sleeper. With only memory form, I thought this pillow was better than any others I've used in the past, but after a few hours of sleep it felt stiff, so I switched pillows at night. You just dip with memory form, but with Latex The thin latex gently repels the pillow. I didn't move for hours because it was so convenient. I use pillowcase and pillowcase. It's like sleeping on a cloud or jelly (slightly springy :) I prefer latex over memory form as latex is gentle repellent and not hot at all. The combination of slim sleeper and latex topper ensures a good night's sleep. I get hours more rest.
