Needed this kit to replace a plastic part (handle connector) that had dried out and broken in my kitchen faucet. The guide gives you an exploded view of the handle components, but provides very little more and omits an important assembly step. If you just remove the old components and replace them in the order they came out, you should be fine, but you might have trouble replacing a bad connector. The trick is for the connector to snap onto the metal handle adapter. It may also seem obvious, but before reassembling, make sure you position the cartridge shaft so the hot and cold are in the correct positions.
