What makes these claws great is that they don't transfer heat (tough plastic) and are easy to hold while chopping meat! And also. You can put them in the dishwasher for a quick separate cleaning. Please note this is my second pair because who knew TSA security guards didn't like them in registered bags. Had to order a new set for my family where I was going to use them! I wonder if they were left in the dumpster at the DIA or if they were brought home by our TSA friends. Great grill weapon! Enjoy.
