Not sure what it's used for as it's VERY thin and transparent. Another buyer posted pictures and they are very accurate. I know they won. Won't last a few washes as some shirts have threads sticking out. Unless you have a specific reason for polypropylene I wouldn't get it, it's like any nylon shirt. I can't tell you anything about the size because I didn't try the product after looking at it, so I sent it back straight away.
