Good product but DOESN'T WORK

Unfortunately mine didn't work. I wanted to use it to connect to my iPhone via the audio jack with the lighting dongle. There was no audio coming to my device. Another thing is I wouldn't recommend using this on an airplane with headphone jacks in the ceiling. This cord is heavy and pulls the plugs out of the outlet. I used it in a C340 and it wouldn't stay plugged in. shame
