I liked how easy it was to use this system for lead scoring! It's very intuitive once you get used too all your options/filters etc (and there is more than one way in which i could have done my job).
Sometimes when using other tools like Salesforce or LinkedIn Feeds we would lose leads due to them being filtered out by certain rules within those systems but not here so far - perfect fit!! If they can add some additional filters maybe even an option where if someone has viewed our website before then their score will be boosted up as well? We've been able solve many issues relating back to contact management including; who should receive what emails at different times throughout day & night time hours / weekends vs weekdays only, ensuring staff aren't over-working themselves whilst also tracking performance against targets set from senior managers.
