Aopen is Acer - Update 2022*

I bought this monitor with little to no expectations as it is a 2560 x 1440p 144Hz monitor for only $339. I have to say it's fantastic! It has no dead pixels at all and has worked great so far with my Nvidia 1070 graphics card. It works just as well as a G-Sync monitor. When moving objects across the screen, there is no ghosting of the image, nothing is torn. Initially I had a small problem, when I connected my graphics card, the monitor didn't automatically recognize the display port and went into energy-saving mode. Manually changed it to Display Port and the image showed up stating it was 2560 x 1440p at 144Hz. I refuse to deduct a star for something so trivial. My friend has an Acer version of this monitor. SAME EXACT FEATURES and was so impressed with mine and its price that I decided to buy the Aopen instead of the second Acer. The above image shows a shot of Aopen vs. AOC 1920x1080. Colors are brighter and more vibrant. If you have any doubts about buying this monitor, do yourself a favor and buy it. It's worth it. To update. My wife took over my old one and left my Gigabyte 32 sad and lonely. I got another one of these monitors because the price is still amazing. I honestly think I paid $230. Finished my aesthetic. The old original still works just as well as the day I got it. Both monitors have an auto-detection issue as above, but setting the DP manually is fine and it's not a problem.
