This book was purchased as a gift for one of my elderly neighbors. I went to help her with her computer and saw a pile of post-it notes all over the room covered in passwords. This book is similar to an old fashion address book but instead of names and numbers, people can put usernames and passwords, alphabetized by website.I would recommend this book for anyone that has trouble remembering passwords. If your computer is hacked, the list will not be anywhere on the computer and the book keeps you organized. I would recommend writing passwords in pencil so you can update your book when (not if) you change your passwords.
