No instructions but very easy to replace. I have a 2012 Honda Civic sedan and replaced the microphone assembly and it worked. no more noise If you are looking for a 2012 honda civic microphone assembly you will find a pdf file for replacement. Using a flathead screwdriver or a plastic scraper, remove the top light lens. Then unscrew the two Phillips screws and pull the entire plastic part out of the ceiling housing. Disconnect the wires. Press the tabs (4) on the sides of the middle section with the flat head. Once removed, there is a screw holding the mic in place. Replace everything in reverse order and install, done. Honda has a replacement bulletin for this part, it's a known issue, I think it just couldn't remember the status for some reason. Don't hesitate to buy because all microphone builds released after 2013 have been fixed. This was mentioned in the Honda Replacement Bulletin.
