I'm new to quilting and using a sewing machine and I love how this book takes everything back to the basics, from putting the needle on the machine. There are small patchwork projects that each teach you something important about quilting, such as: B. making a Christmas stocking or chessboard doilies. I truly believe I can get more out of a printed book than a Kindle, and the Kindle book didn't come with a DVD like the printed version. But I'm excited for everything I'm about to learn, and Quilting 101 makes it sound (relatively) easy.
