Extremely disappointed with this backpack. It's very cheaply made and I'd be surprised if it continues this summer. It also has this horrible Saran Wrap-like film on the plastic part where they stick out. The foil is sewn into the seams at the connection point with the zipper. It's also terrible because it doesn't peel off the plastic easily. I had to tear it into small pieces and use slime to make it presentable. There are still small pieces in the zipper seam. Finally, the zipper is very cheap and you have to be careful when you pull it so that it doesn't get caught on the plastic part. Overall, this product is cheaply made and poorly packaged. . I don't have enough time to find another gift for my niece, so I'm trying to fix it as best as I can.
