I really like that they are responsive and always available to assist when needed. I don't like that they do not have an open door policy for new clients. They only take on clients that fit their vision. It's important to me that I know what my client wants and expect from them before I begin working together. Since they only take on clients who meet their criteria, this makes it hard to try and get a sense of what your expectations might be. They are extremely talented at creating content for different industries. They can create something fresh but still keep you relevant for your target audience.
