Smaller than average doughnuts
This pan makes small doughnuts; only 2.75 inches. Looks larger in the pictures. Slightly bigger than mini doughnuts, but not full sized like the ones from the popular franchise. High quality metal pan. The champagne color produces more even browning than the darker pans do. Also like fitting 12 doughnuts in one pan.

- Not only did the popovers Pop, but they slid out clean. I love that I can use it in my toaster oven!
