fits exactly and works at a reasonable price.
So far, so good. Accuracy and tools are very helpful. Assembly takes about an hour on each side. I also have an F-350 so it takes longer to get it ready than it is to take it down and reinstall it. I suggest watching videos on You Tube before you start is very helpful. Would buy from this dealer again.
