Make your own crispy flat-bottomed taco shells for a fraction of the price!

Really no tricks or snags - it works great. I bought 80 packs of Guerrero white corn tortillas for a few bucks, threw a few into molds, put them in the fryer for 5 minutes at 350 and voila! The perfect flat-bottomed taco shells! It's serious, it's that simple. I've also tried drizzled it with olive oil, it adds extra crunch, but it's definitely not necessary. $2.50 for 15 ready-made crunchy flat-bottomed tortillas, or 80 $3 corn tortillas that you can make your own flat-bottomed bowls out of? It really is a no-brainer when you have taco night more than once a month.
