It met my expectations for quality and functionality and works well. Was surprised that the lock is made by PrimeLine Spot Chain: a major manufacturer of cabinet parts, sliding door parts, drawer parts and similar items that you can find in any store. Big box hardware store. If an installer is not suitable, it may be more efficient to purchase one locally to ensure the cameras will work in your situation. Bought as a replacement lock for a key safe/lock box. The overall dimensions remained the same, but some details complicated the task. The offset cam has been offset differently from the previous lock, no problem, keep using the old cam. The camshaft was larger on the PrimeLine Defender than on the old one and it took a bit of fine filing to enlarge the hole. After a few uses, the locking nut loosened and the lock's "guts" began to pop out from the front along with the key. Adding thread lock or even just superglue solved this problem and may be a solution for others.
