This printer compares well to the Rollo printer which was selling for about $100 more at the time of this review. Paper handling, print quality, and reliability are the same with one exception; The Milestone printer requires you to press the tabs on either side to open it, while most others have a one-way hinge that makes it easy. Also, the Milestone is about the same size as the roller blind, and the black and gray design makes it just as appealing - I've tried other models with flashy finishes that I don't like in the office. Easy to set up, download and use, it's the perfect printer. I also use my Rollo to print random notes or short documents from Microsoft Windows applications and I have it installed on Milestone as well. While I've had issues with other small brands of thermal printers not working with basic applications, this printer handled everything I threw at it. The print quality is excellent and there are no problems with the printer driver. No problems with Stamps.com shipping labels or printing from PDF documents (labels are cut and sent to the printer by UPS). In general, this is an excellent thermal printer for its price, or twice as much!
