Updated review: I checked the FAQ to learn how to replace the battery. I changed the battery and it works. 4 stars for having to replace the battery and loosen the screws on a new device to get at it. There are also no +/- symbols to indicate which direction the battery should be inserted. So if you remove the battery and take it with you for storage, just think about how you're going to use the spare. Here are the instructions for replacing the battery (not included in the description or with instructions). Q: Can the battery be replaced? I don't see a way to remove the old one. A: Remove the two Phillips screws on the back and then push out the battery from top to bottom. Replace with a CR2032 battery. Original Rating: One of the blocks is not working. I think it could be the battery but there are no instructions on how to remove the battery. It's partially under the plastic and in a metal cage, so it can't be easily swapped out without damaging the plastic.
