I like that you can look up specific legal questions quickly, as well as search by keyword or practice area in addition to state of residence/practice location (which makes it easy when traveling). It's also nice how they have their own attorney who answers user inquiries via email instead just having an automated system with no human interaction at all - which would be terrible! You do get what little support there seems to actually exist from time-to-time but not much more than "it doesn't work" type responses without any suggestions about possible solutions offered other then maybe contacting your local law firm directly if one exists? There are many free resources out there such as Westlaw so this isn’t really something new under the sun unfortunately unless someone has found some way around providing better customer service overall beyond "we don't know why we're doing things wrong either".
