The platform provides me with all my legal research needs in one place, which saves time! I love that it's not only focused around law school work but also incorporates other academic disciplines to provide users access to relevant information at different times throughout their careers/lives as well.- Not having any kind of interface or navigation system- Only being available online through websites like google docs would be helpful (but this could possibly be fixed)- No desktop version option

I like that you can look up specific legal questions quickly, as well as search by keyword or practice area in addition to state of residence/practice location (which makes it easy when traveling). It's also nice how they have their own attorney who answers user inquiries via email instead just having an automated system with no human interaction at all - which would be terrible!
