Not as thick/protective as another brand I've tried but better than soaking in someone else's sweat. It's a little redundant at the moment because we can't party in the middle of quarantine (VR is a great party trick), but we wanted some friends to try the headset before they decide to buy their own. Useful to have on hand, especially since I don't have to worry about people sweating makeup onto my headset. If you're just splitting the headset between two or three people it might be better to get some extra full pads or some silicone tips as they're more comfortable and work better, but in terms of volume and disposableness they're great.
