Cannot support the weight of a large phone

I thought it would be great as it has more magnetic mount and base. I found the perfect place to attach it to my car (I don't have much acceptable surface on my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport), but as soon as I put my phone (S21 Ultra) on it, I held the magnetic plate in place and Stelle immediately falls down and dangles, rendering her completely unusable. There is no way to fix the magnetic plate's position, so any larger phone would be too heavy to carry.
