Overall a good controller. The recording feature alone makes it very valuable. However, I haven't used it for a very long time. Durability: I'm not sure, I returned my product within a few days because it had scratches. Ergonomics: Very comfortable, similar to the Xbox One controller. The matte surface is also very smooth and comfortable for the hands. I also have small hands and it's still comfortable despite being larger than a Nintendo Pro controller. Feature: Macros, settings, ease of use and a good manual make this controller's features far better than other 3rd party controllers. You can also share key recordings with others online! And it records analog stick inputs. Having an android controller, pc and switch is also very nice and I think only 8bitdo SN30 pro (another switch controller) can do that. and the trigger buttons were very good nonetheless, they ended up with a slight thump when fully actuated, but otherwise didn't feel cheap. Chopsticks: very loose, not sure if my product has been used due to scratches, but the chopsticks were very loose. Nothing that would hurt the gameplay, but I doubt the reliability of the controllers over time. Accuracy was about the same as a Nintendo Pro controller, which is very rare for third-party controllers. Dpad: OK, a little better than the Nintendo Pro Controller, but that's not saying much. Appearance: sexy. The nice clean black finish and the metal analog sticks and triggers look fantastic.
