I am very disappointed with this chair. I bought it in October 2020 and it is now January 2021. It has been 3 months and this chair is already less comfortable than my old utility chair that I have had for 13 years. Perhaps after two weeks of using the chair, I noticed that I was actually sitting on a plywood base underneath the seat's foam. The foam is now very flat and will not return to its normal shape. I've since bought an egg crate cushion to put on top of the seat foam, but that shouldn't be a problem for a chair that cost me close to $300. The plywood base under the foam rubber is very fragile and will sag under you if you sit on a chair. I only weigh 145 pounds, I couldn't imagine how bad that would be for someone heavier than me. The armrests are very loose with tolerances so they wobble and move with your hands. The headrest attachment renders the headrest unusable. Two tiny screws that screw into the plastic. The headrest peg is also poorly made and the whole thing moves when you put your head on it; so basically useless. The mesh back has already started to stretch and this odd piece of plastic behind the mesh in the lumbar area is now digging into my back. I put a pillow under the mesh area to keep my back from sagging so far back. I am genuinely appalled at how poorly this chair has held up. I'll either change all the many bugs and hopefully make it usable, or just eat the $291 I spent on it and buy another one. Save your money and look elsewhere.
