Fur. Should have bought an OEM and that's it.
Looks like OEM. Fits good. Although it trembles when the stereo with bass is turned on. I understand it shouldn't be abused, but if it just falls apart with a simple punch then it's not half as good as the OEM. OEM lasted 17 years. I'm sure he's been hit more than once.
