Am I missing something obvious? The software for operating the device is probably on the supplied CD. The underlying website has been deactivated ("The website has not been registered in accordance with the relevant statutory provisions of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology"). Please join this age and get digital downloads. One of the Amazon product photos has a link to Dropbox, but the website url is displayed in a 4-point font, and damn, they tried to save pixels when uploading that image. Imagine entering a long URL with 20% confidence in 5 out of 60 characters. Funny bad product experience.
