FALSE ADVERTISING for office electronics

DOES NOT SUPPLY ALL SHOWN IN THE PHOTO BECAUSE THERE ARE NO CARDS AND SOFTWARE TO CONTROL THIS PRODUCT. AND WHEN YOU TRY TO GO TO THE OSAYDE.COM SITE, IT DOESN'T EXIST.

Good product. If you use Windows, I strongly recommend .

It finally worked! Good product. If you are using Windows I strongly recommend using the decompressed downloader, a CD comes with the product but if you are like me your PC may not have a CD player and the only way to download the software is to, .zip files to use . Thanks again!

High quality, bought 2 and each one is NON-CHINESE METAL and plastic!

I am very impressed and have purchased two of these items, getting another one next month. It's helpful too. If you have a hotel key and said you would go downstairs and get an extra one, you can make a copy of your hotel key to keep with you just in case.

NO LINUX SOFTWARE, MAC SOFTWARE DOES NOT WORK ON HIGH SIERRA

Exactly what the title says. If you have a modern Mac with the latest operating system, you cannot use this product. Osayde support insisted that the app wouldn't open due to security permissions, although I assured them that wasn't the case. If you don't have a Windows PC, don't waste your money.

Am I missing something obvious? The software for operating the device is probably on the supplied CD. The underlying website has been deactivated ("The website has not been registered in accordance with the relevant statutory provisions of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology"). Please join this age and get digital downloads. One of the Amazon product photos has a link to Dropbox, but the website url is displayed in a 4-point font, and damn, they tried to save pixels whenโ€ฆ
