Review on Trail Tech Voyager Pro 922-125 UTV GPS: 4-inch Touch Screen, Universal Fit, Black by Tyler Owens

Nice unit though. for GPS tracker

I haven't used the device yet, but that's the first impression after unpacking and installing it. I bought a Voyager Pro to mount on my Polaris Rzr steering column. The size and fit are perfect for what I wanted. The only complaint is that this device does not have a charging port or cable, ie. USB or AC adapter (regular outlet) so I can sit at my desk and transfer files, charge my device and play around with different screens/settings. I find it pretty silly that these days with a device plugged into a 12v outlet (lighter) I have to sit in my truck to charge it and fiddle around to learn about the device. Keep in mind that it has to be in the dock to charge, so I had to unplug it, remove the entire dock from my RZR, and take it to my truck to do it. Yes, I could leave it in the RZR and do the same, but it's in the garage and I'd have to either sit with the engine running the whole time or risk draining the battery. The only other option (which I just did) is to order a separate dock and power supply from Trail Tech. Keep in mind that this isn't a desktop dock, it's the same dock designed to fit in your car, so yes it will sit awkwardly on your desk with all the cables and ports dangling from the back . Also, the PSU is on standby so I guess it's back in the truck I'm driving.
