Review on WSHDZ by Sergey Chodavarapu

Though I've been a loyal WSHDZ customer for years, I'm saddened by their shrinking selection and worsening service. I used to regularly purchase all of my musical equipment from their web store, but recently I've been looking elsewhere. The quality of WSHDZ's customer service is a major weakness. They used to have a helpful and responsive support team, but I have noticed that they have since deteriorated. In the past, I've had multiple problems with my orders, and customer service has been unhelpful in finding solutions. Another problem with WSHDZ is the narrow selection of products they offer. While they do have a decent assortment of musical instruments, live sound and stage equipment, and public address systems, it is not as extensive as it formerly was. Some of the items I require for my shows aren't available on their website, so I've had to look elsewhere for them. While WSHDZ was once a top-notch music-equipment online retailer, it has slipped in quality in recent years. Their inferior product selection and lackluster customer service make them a less desirable option than competing stores.
