Great customer service and responsiveness to customization needs

We are using it for our insurance claim submissions with great success! They have been very responsive in helping us set up everything we need; from user accounts/roles through email templates & forms right down t0 their back end system which has worked well so far since they've installed mySQL databases into existing sites I had previously created years ago without me realizing all of this was possible until now!! Have no complaints atm - just working hard getting things configured how i want them :).

Pros

The staff is extremely friendly, helpful AND knowledgeable (all 3) when dealing directly wth you or your representative to get issues resolved quickly as needed..they really do know what needs doing :) !!!! Great support team that's always available via phone call /email.and also super fast response times too if there IS an issue encountered
