Review updated 9/1/21: Although it has been over 6 weeks since my original order I finally received my new Bluefin SUP and everything was fine. The support team may not have responded as quickly as I would have liked, but they resolved my issues and completed my order. I really think this is a quality product for the money and my experience of a broken board is probably rare. I received my SUP and was so excited to take it to the lake. I finally inflated it (it takes a long time when the pump is on). When I went to install the fins, I found that one of the side slots on the fin box was installed backwards, rendering the board unusable. I immediately contacted Bluefin Support and received regular emails that they would be in touch soon. 48 hours later no contact. I used their live chat feature and was told the feature was for customers with questions about using the product and was not a guarantee, but they assured me that customer support had my information and would get back to me. 24 hours later still no word. I'm giving this 1 star because the board itself looks great and the accessories and overall packaging would have been amazing if I hadn't received a defective board. Bluefin gets negative 5 stars for its dismal customer response
