It would hurt less to hit the head with a hammer.
It was a shocker when I purchased some electrical tools from Geboor. not for the better. The tools were totally useless and arrived late. I might as well have attempted to repair my wiring using a fork. Additionally, their customer service was about as useful as a screwdriver in a bowl of soup when I attempted to return them. Go somewhere else if you want to do yourself a favor.
