The only good thing I can say about this product is that the digital frame itself is beautiful to look at, the wooden frame is beautiful and the images are crisp when viewed. However, the product does not come with any actual instructions (just a getting started guide that doesn't tell you much). I searched the internet and finally found a user guide on the Kodak website, but it didn't help me any more than the quick start guide. There are buttons on the remote that are not explained anywhere. When I tried to view my photos at a setting other than Actual Size, the photos were either stretched and distorted, or the edges were cropped. In their original size, the photos do not fill the screen. I could live with the "actual size" setting, but what really put me off this product was the fact that it never played all of the photos on my USB drive (which was well under the maximum size allowed). Even when I went into the thumbnails and selected the first photo on the USB to start the slideshow, all of my photos never played. After about 15 minutes it stopped playing and then picked a random photo and played it for 15 minutes and then repeated again playing only a small subset of the photos on my USB drive. To say I am disappointed and disappointed in this product is an understatement.
