I had a glass tea mug which unfortunately broke and decided to give him a tea glass for traveling . I've used it a lot since I received it and I'm very happy with my purchase. I like that there are two strainers and that they screw down so you can pour your drinks. I've mainly used it for hot teas, but will test iced teas in warmer weather. It will definitely keep your tea hot! I actually had to keep the lid closed for a while to let it cool down a bit. One problem I had when I first got the jar was that the larger tea infuser didn't "sat" in the jar like my other one. one did. You press the screen and it snaps into place. I ended up pulling out the little metal tabs at the top of the filter to fix this problem. Otherwise I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this tea glass to anyone.
