After hearing such glowing things about HONBO's online store, I was dismayed to discover that my purchasing experience there fell far short of my expectations. Despite advertising themselves as a "one-stop-shop for all things play," they offered a small and unimpressive variety. In addition, the grade of the things I bought was below par. Some of the products even came broken due to the low quality of the materials used. When I attempted to contact customer support about these problems, I received no response. In conclusion, I would not suggest HONBO to anyone in search of fun and functional playthings. You can find alternate solutions that perform as advertised.
