I have been using a topical flea/tick treatment on my dog for a number of years. We live in areas where my dog is mostly a couch potato and likes to be at home, but the fleas love to crawl on it. Fleas have been landing on her lately and laying eggs, but they died and I combed them out of their fur. She was still very itchy and it just wasn't working for us. A friend suggested changing brands or methods because dogs can get used to it and we've had this collar for 10 days now and she's doing great! Much less itching, less licking and I didn't see any goosebumps on her skin.
