Grease glass no longer hurts eyes
My husband used to collect bacon grease in an old glass jug and put it on the counter by the stove. I have it for both of us. I love how pretty it looks when not taken off and he loves how functional it is. It's big (easy to pour) and the strainer keeps the lard clean in case you decide to cook with it later. I usually wash the filter fabric quickly after use - it's very simple. Love it!
