Review on Werner Protectr Ladder Top Wall Protector: Enhancing Safety and Stability by Brian Rivenbark

Product works as described. Now the installation takes place where the manufacturer didn't bother to grab the ladder and try to install it with the ladder fully retracted. I have used this product on a Werner 30 foot aluminum extension ladder. I had to cut a gap on each cover and glue them in place so they wouldn't fall off the ladder when I rode my ladder rack. If you install this product with the ladder fully retracted, it will not slide all the way down. So I had to cut a 1/4" gap to allow clearance between the top of the stairs. I mean the part of the ladder that doesn't extend and serves as a guide and support for the extension part.
