Review on 🦷 Colgate 360 Enamel Health: Gentle & Effective Toothbrush for Sensitive Teeth by Veronica Goodwin

I brush at least twice a day and used to get a little carried away by how aggressively I brushed my gums. After my dentist noticed this was causing my gums to crumble and I had to have a gum transplant, I had to make a more conscious effort to brush my teeth more gently. Also, I had to start using only a toothbrush with the softest bristles I could find. For some reason it's hard to find "super soft" toothbrushes in stores, so I've found the easiest way to stock up is to order them here at Revain. I have tried the extra soft finish from various brands and these Colgate 360 are by far the best I have come across.
